Maloof Money Cup Narrows Field— 12 Skaters Advance to Battle for $160k at Pro Street Finals LIVE on FUEL TV at 4 p.m. EST Collin Provost, Ryan Decenzo and Greg Lutzka Claim Top Three in Semis
(New York – June 4, 2011) – The Maloof Money Cup New York presented by Vans – and airing live on FUEL TV – kicked off Saturday in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, Queens, with the Pro Street Qualifiers and Semi Finals. With every ticket sold out, close to 10,000 fans watched from the grandstands and the Festival Village where a Jumbotron aired the contest live for the overflow crowd. The webcast on maloofmoneycup.com broke records for live action sports webcasts with a stunning 747 hits per second. Celebrities including NY Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez and U-CONN Point Guard Kemba Walker were on hand to catch all the action of the Semi Finals where Collin Provost, Ryan Decenzo and Greg Lutzka hyped the crowd and earned the top three spots.
