Thrasher Magazine's King of the Road is the original and ultimate cross-country, skateboarding, scavenger-hunt, road-trip adventure. Four teams of the best skaters on the planet have just two weeks to battle their way across the United States, traveling from city to city where they must accomplish a litany of cutting-edge, bizarre and ridiculous challenges both off and on the board. Each team also receives a Mystery Guest, a "legend" who they'll be responsible for and who will help them in their other goal - to do the highest, longest and gnarliest tricks they can muster. When the smoke clears, the winning team receives the cash, the trophy and the cover of the special King of the Road issue of Thrasher Magazine.
